The heart of the OUTDOORCHEF gas kettle barbecue is the EASY FLIP® funnel system, further proof of the innovativeness of the OUTDOORCHEF engineers.

The EASY FLIP® funnel allows you to change the diffusion of heat from direct to indirect cooking in seconds. At the same time it performs the function of protection against dangerous flare-ups caused by the burning of fat and the development of smoke.

A single action is enough to change the cooking mode from direct to indirect: turn the EASY FLIP® funnel.

Direct cooking:

During direct cooking, i.e. with the funnel facing upwards with the smaller diameter, you can work with higher temperatures, concentrate on the grill and thus, for example, prepare a nice steak with grill lines.

Indirect cooking:

In the case of indirect cooking, i.e. with the funnel facing downwards with the smaller diameter, the heat is distributed evenly in the closed cooking sphere. This type of cooking is ideal for preparing fatty meats, baking, pizza and bread-making.
