Vapsì multipurpose, ideal for steam cooking, is made up of four pieces with multiple functions : a non-stick wok with two handles, a perforated grill, a tongs and a domed lid.

The primary function is steam cooking but it can also be used to fry, heat, defrost and cook two foods at the same time . The grill can also be used in the oven to cook pizzas, pies, biscuits, etc. Without the grill and thanks to the particular dome shape of the lid, VapSì transforms into a practical oven.

The Invictum collection combines the practicality of internal/external non-stick properties with the high performance of thick aluminium. By retaining the heat for longer, it keeps the properties of the food unaltered. Both coatings are totally natural, water-based and free from harmful solvents.

Thanks to the reinforcement in hard natural minerals, the non-stick coating is resistant to scratches and abrasions with the use of suitable utensils.
