Material characteristics

The Agnelli pans of the All Black line are characterized by an aluminum body and an innovative internal and external black coating called B-cristal which guarantees:

  • Very high duration
  • Non-stick inside and out
  • Easy cleaning in any dishwasher and with any detergent
  • A low-fat cuisine
  • A refined aesthetic aspect giving the possibility to present them on the table and serve guests

USEFUL TIPS

  • Avoid placing the empty container on the fire, i.e. without any food or liquid inside
  • Before first use, wash the container with water and precondition it, i.e. grease lightly with oil and butter and then rinse. So as to go and permeabilize the micro holes.
  • Do not use sharp objects in direct contact with the interior
  • The non-stick coating prefers fast and violent cooking where the power of the heat source is decisive.
