Casali Bronze Stone Washed cutlery set 24 pieces with wooden case

The Stone Washed Collection was born from the desire to enhance one's table in perfect retro style with refined and well-made items.

The products, carefully selected from the Pintinox and Pinti 1929 ranges, are antiqued with a special process called Stone Wash : the result is a product that is unique in appearance and qualitatively perfect.

To guarantee a high standard of quality, all the knives have been re-sharpened after undergoing the Stone Wash treatment.

All the proposed series are complete with all sizes and are already available for sale.

Material characteristics

The cutlery in the Casali Bronze line is made with a special process called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition):

It is a technology used to create surface deposits of thin metal films on different types of substrates. This process takes place in a vacuum, where the metals to be deposited (such as zincium, titanium, chromium) are evaporated. This coating, with a thickness between 0.2 and 2 micrometres, has excellent characteristics both from an aesthetic point of view and in terms of durability over time. Furthermore, there is the possibility of obtaining different types of colors (in this case Bronze) without altering the typical brightness of stainless steel (starting material) nor the non-toxicity of the product, which can therefore come into contact with food.

The PVD coating has the following characteristics:

• Outstanding surface hardness (1000-2500hv)
• High resistance to wear and abrasion
• Color fastness to UV rays
• Resistance to acid solvents, alkalis and household products.
• Sweat resistance
• Hypoallergenicity: compliant with the Ministerial Decree of 03/21/1972
• Irrelevant ecological impact
• Corrosion resistance in use superior to any other surface treatment
