The Pianeta Grill Fry Top 500 High 2-burner barbecue including lid from Pianeta Grill is a practical and customizable steel barbecue, has two burners and a hob with a choice of rod grill, V-neck grill, 6 mm stainless steel plate, or soapstone (depending on the models offered). This Barbecue for LPG use (rubber hose with specific pressure regulator for the country of use) or for METHANE (city landline), is professional, versatile and designed to be cleaned quickly and easily.

COOKING WITH GRILL :
The fire heats the stainless steel grate directly through the inverted V-shaped diffusers which, in addition to guaranteeing a homogeneous distribution of heat, protect the burners from the cooking fat which is collected in a convenient extractable drawer.
With the grill it is possible to cook food with two different cooking techniques :
• through the direct cooking tradition, the food is positioned directly above the heat source (in general, ideal to use for all foods that do not require more than 20/30 minutes of cooking);
• through indirect cooking , in which the barbecue is used as if it were an oven, preheating it to 200° by turning on all the burners and once the temperature has been reached, just turn off one side and place the food on the unlit side, closing the lid. Indirect cooking is ideal for cooking very fatty foods (ribs) or large foods that require cooking times longer than 20/25 minutes (whole chickens or turkeys, roasts, whole fish).
COOKING WITH SOAPSTONE :
This cooking method is perfect for those who prefer a healthy diet without fat and also ideal for cooking pizza on the barbecue in a short time. Why use this type of hob:
• soapstone has excellent heat resistance: it heats up gradually and allows uniform cooking of different types of food, from meat to fish, vegetables, pizza and bread. The temperature is transmitted slowly and, therefore, the food can be cooked without the need to add any type of seasoning.
• the soapstone allows the release of heat in a gradual and equal way throughout its surface, obtaining uniform cooking.
