Material characteristics
The Agnelli induction pans of the All Black line boast a thickness of 5 mm to which a ferritic disc is applied to the bottom to increase the thickness, increasing stability ; mechanics and a ferritic steel disc to make these cooking tools suitable for use use on induction plates guaranteeing a excellent resistance.
The aluminum allows a excellent conductivity thermal to guarantee a constant temperature over the entire surface, for homogeneous cooking, and energy saving.
Specially designed for induction hobs, these pans boast a 10 mm thick bottom to make them extremely resistant and perfect for any type of cooking: for frying, for stirring first courses, for cooking sauces, second courses based on fish and meat.

USEFUL TIPS
- Avoid placing the empty container on the fire, which without any food or liquid inside
- Before first use, wash the container with water and pre-condition it, i.e. lightly grease with oil and butter and then rinse. So as to permeabilize the micro holes.
- Do not use sharp objects in direct contact with the internal
