Material characteristics
Baldassarre Agnelli's non-stick aluminum line is characterized by excellent thermal conductivity, resistant material, easy handling and also prevents cooked foods from sticking to the bottom. Being non-stick they are easier to clean, they do not burn the food and, if used for scalding, allow you to use less oil, butter or other fats.
WHAT DOES "PLATINUM PLUS COATING" MEAN?
This line is characterized by a non-stick coating called "Teflon Platinum plus" by DuPont which is more resistant to grease and abrasion, as it resists the action of normal metal tools and abrasive scouring pads. It is applied in three very thick layers. Pans with this type of coating reach temperatures of up to 260°C, without damaging the coating, but must be replaced when too scratched because they cease to fulfill the specific function of being non-stick.
