Material characteristics
The Agnelli pans for induction of the All Black line boast a thickness of 5 mm to which a ferritic disc is applied to the bottom to increase the thickness by increasing the mechanical stability and a ferrictic steel disc to make these cooking tools suitable for use on induction plates ensuring excellent resistance.
The aluminum allows excellent thermal conductivity to guarantee a constant temperature on the entire surface, for homogeneous cooking, and energy saving.
Specifically designed for induction hobs, these pots boast a 10 mm thick bottom to make them extremely resistant and perfect for any type of cooking: for frying, for creaming first courses, for cooking sauces, second courses based on fish and meat.
They are also covered by the innovative B-Cristal which guarantees:
- very high duration
- non-stick inside and out
- easy cleaning in any dishwasher and with any detergent
USEFUL TIPS
- Avoid placing the empty container on the fire, i.e. without any food or liquid inside
- Before first use, wash the container with water and precondition it, i.e. grease lightly with oil and butter and then rinse. So as to go and permeabilize the micro holes.
- Do not use sharp objects in direct contact with the interior
- the non-stick material prefers fast and violent cooking where the power of the heat source is crucial.
