The AlBlack Low Casserole in non-stick aluminum 5mm by Pentole Agnelli AlBlack line consists of two nickel-free stainless steel handles and an aluminum body and is ideal for braising, cooking in the oven, roasting, gratin, stewing, creaming, making sauces and creams, pull grounds and mix compounds.

The AlBlack non-stick Low Casserole is made of aluminium, a very common material in the production of cooking tools for several reasons:
