Description
The 5mm low saucepan in non-stick aluminum by Pentole Agnelli consists of two nickel-free stainless steel handles and an aluminum body and is ideal for braising, cooking in the oven, roasting, gratinating, stewing, creaming, preparing sauces and creams, making soups and mix compounds.
The low non-stick saucepan is made of aluminium, a very common material in the production of cooking tools for several reasons:
- Thanks to its excellent thermal conductivity it allows heat to be diffused and thanks to the thickness of 5 mm it allows a more precise and homogeneous diffusion of heat over the entire surface of the pan, saving time and energy.
