The 3mm non-stick aluminum pan of Pentole Agnelli AlBlack line consists of two nickel-free stainless steel handles and an aluminum body and is ideal for roasting, braising, stewing and is used for cooking that does not require boiling, in particular for meat dishes and vegetables.

The AlBlack non-stick pan is made of aluminium, a very common material in the production of cooking tools for several reasons:
