The AlBlack Low Casserole in 3mm non-stick aluminum by Pentole Agnelli consists of two nickel-free stainless steel handles and an aluminum body and is ideal for braising, baking, roasting, gratinating, stewing, creaming, preparing sauces and creams, making soups and mix compounds.

The AlBlack non-stick Low Casserole is made of aluminium, a very common material in the production of cooking tools for several reasons:
