Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to LEGISLATIVE DECREE 21 February 2014, n. 21 which modifies the Consumer Code in force (Legislative Decree 206/2005), if the Customer is a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his own business; professional, and therefore make the purchase by indicating the Tax Code and not the VAT number, it can be exercise the right of withdrawal and revoke your order within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the goods.

ATTENTION: The shipment, until it is received in our offices, is a limited one. at full expense and responsibility; of the Customer.

PentoleProfessionali is not liable for any damage that the goods may cause. undergo during transport. PansProfessionals cannot be used for cooking. also respond in case of theft, loss or tampering. We therefore recommend making shipments covered by insurance. We remind you that the insurance is required. provided by the Carrier and it is in any case, the owner and beneficiary is the sender and not the recipient.

The cost of transport for returned products is included. at customer's charge.

Jurisdiction: Any dispute is the responsibility of the expert. the Court of Bergamo is competent in accordance with the law.
