Description
Usuba Risolì Dr green knife ideal for cutting and peeling vegetables, fruit, meat and fish.
Featuring structured stainless steel blade hand sharpened by expert Italian craftsmen . It has high hardness and wear resistance, it can be cut precisely thanks to its sharpness . It is not suitable for cutting small fish or meat bones, but very useful for cutting vegetables or large pieces of meat. The handle allows a tighter grip on the fingers offering greater safety when cutting to protect the hands and make cutting easy and precise.
