Technical features
CHARACTERISTICS:
Designed to be used universally with ALL pots and pans that ARE NOT COMPATIBLE with induction hobs, this disc captures the induction heating on the pot placed above and keeps food hot for at least 10 minutes.
YOU CAN USE the ADAPTOR disc WITH THE FITTED HANDLE for containers up to diameter 28.
For larger containers you can remove the handle but taking some precautions.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- remove and replace the handle when the disc is cold
- DO NOT LEAVE THE ADAPTER DISK UNATTENDED
- DO NOT LEAVE THE ADAPTER DISC on the hotplate for more than one minute WITHOUT A POT OR PAN ON IT.
- DO NOT WET THE HOT DISK to avoid thermal shock deterioration
- TO COOL on a heat resistant surface
