The Granito Hard Stone pan in die-cast aluminum by Risolì consists of heat-insulating silicone potholders, handles and body in non-stick die-cast aluminum and is ideal for roasting, braising, stewing and is used for cooking that does not require boiling, in particular for meat dishes and vegetables .  

The Granito Hard Stone pan by Risolì has the following characteristics:

• It is made of high-thickness die-cast aluminum (6mm) which ensures uniform heat diffusion allowing optimal cooking already on low heat which therefore does not destabilize the food and favors the development of flavors
• It is coated with a high performance non-stick triple layer Hard Stone, longer life, greater resistance, eco friendly, PFOA free, nickel free and with the addition of mineral micro particles.
