The Optima Forno Oval Roaster in die-cast aluminum with lid by Risolì consists of a glass lid, handles and body in non-stick die-cast aluminum and is ideal for braising, stewing, roasting, baking and steaming.
The Rostiera Optima Forno by Risolì has the following characteristics:
- It is made of cast aluminium, with a very thick bottom up to 8mm
