The Optima Forno steak pan by Risolì consists of a single removable bakelite handle and die-cast aluminum body and is ideal for cooking many different foods in an easy, fast and healthy way and without the addition of fats such as oil, lard or butter.
The Optima Forno grill pan by Risolì has the following characteristics:
- It is made of cast aluminium, with a very thick bottom up to 8mm
- It is coated with Platinun Plus Chemours® non-stick coating, a guarantee of non-stick properties even at high temperatures.
