Round leavening basket

This proofing basket is ideal for 1.5kg up to 2.5kg of bread dough.

Let the bread dough rise in the basket made of natural rattan , so the dough holds the desired shape. The natural material gives the dough enough oxygen to obtain a soft and fluffy result. Place the already shaped loaf in the well-floured proofing basket and cover with a damp cloth. Let the dough rise. Then remove the loaf by inverting the basket onto a baking tray or bread stone and bake in the oven.

The basket is not oven safe.
