Description
Basic kitchen block with 6 Oak Di Sanelli knives
The classic and timeless block in solid oak. The basic composition includes all the essential knives for the kitchen .
The block contains the following knives:
- ROAST KNIFE 24 cm.: semi-rigid blade knife, ideal for slicing cooked meats (e.g. roasts, boiled meats).
- BREAD KNIFE 24 cm: knife with semi-rigid and serrated blade, ideal for slicing bread, focaccia and pizza.
- HAM KNIFE 24 cm.: Semi-rigid blade knife, ideal for medium/large sized cured meats (e.g. raw, bologna, cooked).
- KITCHEN KNIFE 18 cm.: multi-purpose knife with rigid blade, ideal for cutting and cleaning fruit and vegetables.
- BONING KNIFE 16 cm.: ideal for boning, skinning, removing tendons and fat. The pointed blade facilitates cutting operations close to the bone.
- Paring knife 10 cm. black: semi-rigid knife, for cutting and cleaning vegetables and fruit.
