Description
Glass lid as Vickers line steel handle, diam.32cm
The frying pans, saucepans, saucepans and saucepans of the Vickers non-stick line are made of 18/10 stainless steel and feature the characteristic Serafino Zani patented thermo-diffuser base.
The finish of the external body is mirror polished, while inside, an extremely hard layer of titanium is reported, on which the layer of non-stick material is fixed.
This combination offers good mechanical resistance and better adhesion of the non-stick material, thus determining excellent cooking of food with low energy use.
The lining is completely hygienic.
The handles are made from stainless steel tubing, filled with perlite (expanded lava rock, a refractory material that allows you to reduce heat and to capture any presence of humidity that could enter during washing) and fixed to the body with removable dice.
The lids are made of heat resistant glass and have a highly polished stainless steel knob.
