The Silver pans in enamelled cast iron are made with a triple layer of enamelling, extremely resistant and non-stick. The enamelling gives a reduced adherence to food and the particular corrugated bottom enhances this characteristic making it ideal for the preparation of various dishes, from vegetables to meat.

The external surface is covered with highly resistant vitrified enamel. They can be used with all heat sources, including induction (except for microwave ovens).
