Terms of sale
- The contract stipulated between Professional Pots and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order proposal by Trade Up snc. The acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any way, by Pentole Professionali to the Customer. By making an order proposal, in the various ways foreseen, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and also declares to fully accept the "General Conditions of Sale" and then all of the above and below.
- If the Client is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure has been completed, must arrange to print, or save an electronic copy, or in any case to keep these "General Conditions of Sale", in compliance with the provisions of articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling.
- Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any any liability; contractual or non-contractual for direct or indirect damages to people and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order proposal.
- The sales contract between the customer and Trade Up snc is understood to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Bergamo.
- For each order proposal placed on Professional Pans and subsequently accepted by Trade Up snc and therefore becoming an order, the Order Confirmation of the shipped material is issued; the document is then sent by e-mail to the holder of the order. For the issuance of the invoice, if requested by the Customer, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order proposal is valid. No variation in the invoice will be made. possible, after the issuance of the same.
- Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are highlighted when the order proposal is made. The payment of the goods by the Customer will take place using the mode choice when placing the order. Nothing is due in addition by the Customer with respect to the total reported in the order form.
- No liability is accepted. can be attributed to Trade Up snc for the timing of order fulfillment and/or delivery of the order.
- Unless explicitly indicated by our Customer Service, delivery is understood to be made at street level. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape of the package/envelope or strap or metal clips).
- Any damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the Courier making the delivery. After signing the Courier's document, the Customer will not be able to send it. make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered. Any issues related to the integrity of the document are not included. correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 2 working days of delivery by sending an e-mail commerciale@pentoleprofessionali.it .
- In the event of failure to collect the material in storage at the Courier's warehouses within 5 working days (due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of 39; order), the goods will be returned to you. to Trade Up Snc and the order will be considered canceled. The Client will be reimbursed for the value of the purchase less the return shipping costs and the costs/commissions that Trade Up snc will have to pay. support for the reimbursement (made by Postal Order or Bank Transfer) to the Customer.
