• The body of the pans is entirely made of multi-laminate to ensure rapid and uniform heating. Interior in satin 18/10 stainless steel, core in tri-laminate aluminium, exterior in induction stainless steel with mirror finish. It combines the advantages of the high thermal conductivity of aluminum and the high resistance of stainless steel.
• It features heat-resistant stainless steel handles designed to provide a secure and ergonomic grip.
• Polished finish , securely attached to the bodies with stainless steel rivets ensure balance and stability.
• Average thickness 2.7 mm.
• Suitable for use on all burners including induction, electric and glass-ceramic hobs. Not suitable for use in microwaves.
