The Dry Container grinds whole grains and coffee to obtain fresh flour, mixes batter, prepares the dough for bread, pizza, etc.
• The design of the blades is specifically designed to grind whole grains into a very fine flour
• Package includes a pusher for squeezing thick, frozen ingredients onto the blades to keep them circulating. The pestle will not touch the blades even with the machine running
• The package includes a book on whole grains, complete with recipes for many types of bread and desserts
