Description
Zwilling low temperature cooking stick , ideal for sous-vide cooking. This type of cooking, also known as vacuum cooking, involves cooking meat or fish, but also vegetables or fruit, in water. Everything is safely packaged inside the vacuum bag.
The practical and convenient ZWILLING ENFINIGY stick for low temperature cooking not only controls the water temperature and cooking times , but is also very easy to use: you can in fact set the temperature and cooking times you want on the LED touch display. With impeccable precision: in fact, you can adjust the temperature in steps of 0.5 °C in a range between 40 and 70 °C, with an accuracy of +/- 0.1°C - 0.2 °C. And while you are busy with other tasks in your kitchen, the timer keeps the cooking under control. At the end of the set time, the stick for low temperature cooking warns you with an acoustic signal and automatically stops cooking.
